Could not get past the initial phone call. The person on the phone was already telling me what returns I would eventually have to file when all I wanted was an appointment. When I asked a question regarding inheritance tax and told her I was an Accountant she said I should know the answer (because there isn't 1 type of accountant just like there isn't 1 type of lawyer!)
