Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. After the settling of my case $17 000 I didn't received a Penny Which is fine because my medical bills were supposed to be paid. As of today I am still getting charges from medical bills. Mr. Mc Carter has never responded to my calls or the requests for a breakdown or explanation of the disbursement. By the way my case went from attorney to attorney. Mr McCarter never gave me a courtesy call even after the case was settled. I was also told by his answering service he doesn't have an email. Ok... I guess next stop will be The ETHICS COMMITTEE.
