Working quickly, hope to be back with a glowing review when the case is resolved. Mr. Rayburn is a friendly man, though doesn't seem the type to take a short from a client or the system. That said, his rate was flat and more than reasonable barring any surprises that the case goes beyond his proposed end game. I'll be back at the conclusion. So, COVID-19 led to many continuances and I'm back to report that our case is concluded. I can't thank or recommend Bryan Rayburn enough. This man did what I thought was impossible. For reasons not to incriminate my husband, I can't go into case details. But Bryan is an excellent lawyer; he drastically eliminated a problem that could have been life ruining. Actually it was four problems and he got it reduced to two monetary annoyances. He is amazing, he looked outside the box and held the law accountable for what they did-and didn't-do. I most highly recommend him, he's the best!

Steve Michmerhuizen represented me in a civil matter in December of 2020. He was extremely kind and respectful every time we communicated. My case was a lot crazier than the routine matters that most Dalton, GA attorneys are used to taking on. However, Steve made me feel comfortable and unafraid to discuss all of it’s ugly details. Not once did I ever feel judged or embarrassed...and the day of court, he stood by my side while my hearing lasted over 6 hours! He never gave any indication that I was taking up too much of his time or energy. My favorite thing about Mr. Michmerhuizen was his incredibly insightful closing argument. He was able to highlight all of the trauma I’d been through, and argued that the court would be failing me if it were to issue the Petitioner’s order. In case you’re wondering: it worked. In closing, I’ll just say that the guys at this firm are incredibly devoted and loyal to their clients. They’re in it for the right reasons and they will truly *listen* and understand! If you want someone that can take your truth and package it in a way that will resonate with the Judge...you cannot go wrong here.

I called so many times (and emailed)…they never had a problem or acted like I was bothering them (although I am sure I was). The staff is not willing to say let me find out, the best kind of firm.
