Communication is super poor. All these reviews are fake. They scam people for reviews. When you first call them they make it seem like you can get help. And after that they ask if you can leave them a 5 star review. I had to edit this review bc I forgot they asked me to review them 5 stars after the initial phone call with the representative because they made it seem like I could get the help I needed but would have to pay $300 for a consultation. After I booked it for a specific date and time they begin calling me randomly and not the time I had it booked. And only for the lawyer to say, we can’t help you. They also take notes during the initial phone call with the rep to make it seem more professional and ask a ton of questions and then say “we wouldn’t be charging if we didn’t think our legal team would be able to help” so I paid to find out they won’t help. Scam. Stay away!

Adrianna Marroquin and the firm (third party) they make it seem like they can help you, but in reality, they don't know what they are talking about . Pretty much for analyzing your case, they will charge you $170 for a consultation when you can get a free consultation with a lawyer near to you for free! This place will ask you to give them a 5 star review before even starting the process. I had to come back and edit my review . Once we talk to the lawyer and hear the lawyer steps on getting Visa U, you still have to deal with Cosumer Law Group instead of dealing with the lawyer directly . Adrianna made me understand that I will be dealing with the lawyer, but that's wasn't the case. They were charging me $8000 for the whole process when a lawyer near me was charging half of what they were charging. When I denied their service, they were addement and were prepreasuring me to hire them . Adrianna also made it seem they had a lawyer in California when they don't their office is located in Chicago, and they do all the paperwork through the phone 🙄. If you truly believe you have a case, I will highly suggest hiring a lawyer directly. INSTEAD OF HELPING OUR PEOPLE THIS PLACE IS SCAMING OUR PEOPLE . THE AUDUSITY OF TRYING CHARGE ME DOUBLE THE PRICE . SHAME ON YOU PEOPLES .ESPECIALY THE GUY ALEJANDRO WHATEVER HIS NAME IS HE WAS UPSET WHEN I DIDN'T WANT TO CONTINUE WITH HIS SERVICES HAHA THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO HIRE A LAWYER. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND WILL TRICK YOU . PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE IN A CONSULTATION WHEN YOU GET ONE FOR FREE.
