Chris & his team helped my boyfriend & I during a time we truly needed it most. In January 2020 my boyfriend & I were rear ended on the freeway that caused a domino effect, turning it into a 5+ car accident. Chris & his team contacted us immediately. Even though it was a holiday weekend at the time, they made the time to see us right away for a meeting face to face. They also got us into doctors for treatment for our injuries within only a few days after the accident. Most of our doctors we saw were fantastic. The one doctor we had a bad experience with we were able to voice that complaint to Chris with no problem. June 2021 over a year after the accident & we were finally able to get our cases settled. I have many friends & family members who have been in car accidents less severe than ours & who had help from other attorneys & their cases took years. So the fact that our cases got settled in under 2 years was amazing to me. I feel like that says a lot about Chris & his team. In such a positive way. The small frustration I had was that I felt the communication started off strong but I eventually felt it was almost impossible to get ahold of Chris & his team. I completely understand them being busy & then dealing with the new challenges of COVID however I wish I could have at least gotten ahold of the others on the team. Overall though I would definitely recommend Confidence Legal if you are ever in need of an attorney for your accident.
