I have been working with John Colbert and Ruth Torres for quite sometime. I reached out to Mr. Colbert’s office on a Sunday and someone from his team had me speak to him shortly after that. He told me he’ll call me back in an hour and he called back within 45 minutes. I signed the paperwork the following Monday and my case was assigned to him.
