Personally, I have had excellent experiences with the services provided by Mr. Garretson. His response time to all of my questions or concerns is outstanding. in spite of his incredibly busy schedule, I can be confidant that I will receive a reply the same day in almost every situation. He is honest and upfront with his advice when dealing with the case, and has the ability to treat each client as if they are his only one. Below is the original review. 2 stars absolutely was gracious. This man not only reached out to me over placing this review, but childishly mocked me over a case he has zero knowledge of and isn’t even his specialty. His office is a disaster as well. He’ll brag about one case where he siphoned tens of thousands out of a woman he literally called crazy. So he’ll violate client confidentiality by mocking you to his other clients and his bills will be very fluffy. If you make the mistake of hiring him, better log every moment you spend with him. He’ll reach his hand into your pocket. Owen gets 2 stars because he is very accessible and prompt about returning messages. However, if you’re needing family law services, do yourself a favor and call around and ask his reputation from other attorney firms. You’ll hear everything you need to.
