Tim Tarr and David Turner did an amazing job with my husband’s case. We ended with a much better deal than even expected. They made us feel calm and secure during the whole process. Highly recommend.!!

I recently had the privilege of working with Megan Courtney during a challenging divorce process, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the outset, Ms. Courtney demonstrated a deep understanding of family law and provided clear, compassionate guidance throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of my case. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all my questions with patience, and kept me informed at every step. Even included my family in discussions. She navigated the complexities of my case with skill and strategic insight, always advocating for my best interests. What truly set Ms. Courtney apart was her empathy and support. She understood the emotional strain of divorce and provided not just legal advice, but genuine encouragement and reassurance. Her dedication to achieving a fair resolution for myself and my former spouse was evident, and her negotiation skills and compassion for both parties was outstanding. Thanks to Megan Courtney's expertise and commitment, I felt confident and supported throughout the process. If you're looking for a divorce attorney who combines legal acumen with a personal touch, she is the one to call.

I want to make it clear that I will not be silenced or manipulated by CCB, especially when it involves the well-being of my family and the integrity of my case. I will be providing a screenshot of the situation later this week for full transparency. The truth is documented in emails, and I will continue to update this case as new details emerge. CCB hired their asset, Stephanie Susan, to manage my case with the apparent goal of forcing a trial. For anyone familiar with the business side of law firms, it’s well known that trials are often a primary source of revenue for firms. This is why I believe CCB was so determined to push my case to trial, rather than resolving it efficiently. After terminating their services and filing a formal complaint (1361) against Stephanie Susan for her unethical conduct, I was shocked to discover she committed perjury. Despite her claims of not knowing when my retainer was paid, both CCB and Stephanie had sent multiple emails confirming the payment details. Now, it appears the law firm is covering for her actions rather than holding her accountable. The lack of integrity displayed by CCB is concerning, especially when they choose to protect an employee who lied in an attempt to undermine my case. Their focus is clearly on maintaining a certain image rather than prioritizing the best interests of their clients and, in my case, the well-being of my child. I will continue to share updates and evidence as this case progresses. Remember, the owners of CCB are more concerned with their public image than providing genuine legal support. Their focus is not on protecting your family but on the money they can make from your case. Throughout my experience, I was repeatedly told that the issues I raised were outside the scope of family law—an excuse, in my view, to generate billable hours rather than admit they were unfit to handle my case. After requesting that CCB withdraw from the case, I reached out to my business partners to find the best legal advice for my situation. Within 48 hours, I had multiple discussions and discovered that CCB not only failed to represent me effectively but appeared to be stalling in hopes of a trial—and a larger payday. If they had taken the time to read CDJ 04-08 and followed my instructions we wouldn't be here today. It’s disheartening to realize that, in just 48 hours, the guidance of knowledgeable friends legal advisors advanced my case further than the $15,000 and six months I spent with CCB. They claim they stopped working on my case on August 20th, yet I formally dismissed them on September 6th—just two days after they failed to recognize that the CFI had missed their report deadline. I would say face lifts, new teeth and a freshly updated house come at the expense of their clients children. Its a sad day to watch capitalism in family law.

Tyler Lambert is a fantastic lawyer. Tyler’s knowledge of the law and professionalism were the reason I came out of my divorce a winner. Tyler understood what was important to me and went after it. In a divorce they say no one wins but in my case I scored a huge victory because of Tyler. Also, dealing with Ciancio Ciancio Brown has been great. They are a fantastic firm to work with. They made me feel like family and when you are deal with a huge life event like this it is wonderful to have great people in your corner.

Kyle Martelon has been such a great lawyer for me and my daughter. For the past couple years, Kyle has helped me on a few cases and each time he has been consistent in the amazing work that he does. I truly appreciate not only Kyle, but also his team for being compassionate and knowledgeable, even on a case that was very complicated. I recommend Kyle Martelon, if you are looking for an attorney who is genuine and gets the job done.
