My family member used him to close on a house in November. He paid for the lien release documents, but 6 months later, the lien is still on the property. He didn’t receive the warranty and complete Title insurance until 3 months after calling and calling. Overall, they have poor follow through, he never provided the finalized settlement, so now when he’s trying to sell the property, there are major issues on the title search for the new buyer.
