In rereading the posts on here. I personally had many similarities to the challenges people spoke to on these reviews. I never met the attorney in person. Like others have mentioned they take your money and you have to chase them down then they leave you. In my opinion my experience with this firm is the epitome of the negative stigma on the Industry. Would not recommend.

Charlotte Christian Law is the best. I'm from Enterprise, AL and was not receiving the counsel I needed in my child custody modification. After extensive research and talking with many law offices I came across Charlotte Christian Law office and immediately felt like they cared about me! I was a little skeptical because this law office is not in my area and I never physically met my attorney till the hearing. Attorney Overton and his paralegal Mrs. Woods were amazing. They cleared up a lot of confusion and helped me navigate my options! Mr. Overton went out of his way to make sure what I wanted was always a priority. They were always timely in their responses. The portal they use is amazing and keeps you updated anytime something is entered in the court. I cannot thank them enough for all the long hours they put into my case and ultimately leading in a decision in my favor. CB

I was fortunate enough to have Lindsey Davis as our attorney for my mother's case earlier this year. What was such a difficult and confusing situation for my family and I was made as easy as possible with her and her team. Lindsey along with Caroline, her paralegal, were extremely communicative during the entire process and answered all of my questions throughout every single step. I had never been in a situation like this before. Given how unique it was and considering my mom's situation (stroke survivor,) they worked diligently with us to make sure that we were well represented.
