The staff is personable, but my experience with this firm would best be classified as a joke that's not at all funny. I feel that I got 'lip service' for the better part of a year with absolutely no results. The retention of my given information about my possible WC case was zero. I had to repeat, repeat, and repeat yet again every aspect of my case each & every time I spoke with my case manager. To say that I received even adequate representation would be an exaggeration. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone that I like!
