I called because a family member was detained and I needed some information. Jessica, the person that answered, was rude and told me she couldn't help me and hung up on me. I decided to stop by because that was unacceptable to me. The assistants Claudia and Alexandra were very helpful. They thoroughly explained the process and were able to calm me down. Fortunately, my relative was released but the information that I was given helped us out a lot. Claudia and Alexandra were professional, understanding and helpful. I'm glad I ignored Jessica and stopped by instead! 5 stars for their help, I can only predict how well they would’ve fought for my family had the outcome been the opposite.

I highly recommend this law firm. I’m currently in the process of fixing a family member’s papers and have mostly been in contact with Claudia who has been of great assistance throughout the process. She has been able to answer any questions/concerns that I’ve had. The law firm does follow up with you on the process and will let you know if it will take time, it is just a matter of being patient. All I needed was an affidavit to get my passport and they couldn’t even do that. Lawyer was nice that one time I met him, but then 3 whole weeks went by and I couldn’t schedule the affidavit. His staff was rude and eventually started ignoring my calls and getting bothered that I asked for an update or at least appointment date to take care of the affidavit. Eventually I was over it and asked for my documents back on a Friday. Front desk lady was rude and told us to go back until Monday. She was upset that we hadn’t called to warn her we needed the documents. Not like they answered my calls anyway. I have never experienced such bad service in my life. I never write reviews but this is necessary. Please spend ur money elsewhere. I never got a refund even though no service was ever rendered. Even getting my documents back was like pulling teeth. If there was a 0 star option I would select that instead.
