On May 28, 2023, I had the unfortunate encounter of crossing paths with this gal that ran into my car. The damage and evidence was a no brainier. However, I also that night had the unfortunate encounter of crossing paths with the responding officer that would ultimately abuse his power, was not well trained, was bias against me, as he showed blatant favoritism towards the gal that hit my car and caused the accident. Although my version of the accident, of course match the scene and evidence I was detained and charged with DWI (which I was not & this officer was well aware of that fact & I remained steadfast), while the gal who had caused & lied about the accident (which was well known by that officer), was allowed to leave with no repercussions. I spent a day and half in jail. While there I met a really sweet woman, that definitely should not have been there as well, who provided me the number of the best Attorney, who owned the best Law Firm (her words). Upon being released I contacted the attorney, at the best law firm, that this woman provided to me. When I first spoke to Mr. Jim Butler of Butler Law Firm, I knew he would be the right person to represent me and handle my case.
