Hey ladies, I wanted to give you all a heads up about this law-firm. I started working with them about a year ago when I filed for a divorce. My situation is not complicated and I asked for very little. Unfortunately my needs and concerns ignored and I was talked down to by my own attorney. When I was unhappy with the options given at mediation I was told “You can always just stay married.” My mediation paperwork didn’t include hard deadlines which I was unaware of the importance of having them until I had already signed the mediation agreement. I feel like my attorney should have known to put those in because now I am having to live with my ex until he works with me to sell our home which is a nightmare. My divorce papers got sent to the court missing forms and therefore got rejected and i had to pay to have it filed again. When i requested email correspondence to save money my attorney pressured me to communicate over the phone. When he called, Troy would always take approximately 30 min to unnecessarily recap the case. It felt like he was either doing it to run the clock or because he honestly forgot who I was. The initial meeting that was offered free of charge due to a loss of another attorney within the law firm was billed as 2 separate meetings without me being told they so they could charge me while making it look like I was getting a deal. I have spent over $14,000. I’m still married and still having to live with my ex due to uneven distribution of debt and no hard timelines and I have had to retain a new lawyer at a different law firm. When I brought up my grievances Erin my experience was invalidated and was told I should be getting yet another invoice soon. Take my experience as a warning a please choose another law firm.

Their billing is incredibly detailed, and very frugal. The amount of time charged matches what a real person would take to do the work. I KNOW they didn't overcharge me. I personally could not do the level of detail they succeed at. Peter Bracken's advice and paperwork has been quality. His tag team with paralegal Melody Turner has kept my costs very reasonable. 10/10 would use again.

My son has cancer so I was nervous about getting a divorce in the middle of treatment, but Ryan made the whole process easier and much less overwhelming. I asked so many questions and he always answered quickly and thoroughly, which was important because things were getting complicated with my son’s treatment and custody. He was great in mediation, too. 10/10 awesome 100% recommend!

Troy and Livi (sometimes Sarah) were my chosen legal team to represent me in my divorce case. The Ogden office is a nice facility, and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. The consultation was very informative, no pressure, and I left there feeling as though I was in safe hands. They were professional and kept me updated on all proceedings as it progressed. In my case, for me the stakes were high. I couldn’t have asked for a better resolution, and I believe it was even fair and equitable. I would highly recommend them to anyone going through the unfortunate experience of a marriage dissolution. Thank you Troy and Livi…and Sarah too!

I had a really great experience with my custody modification. Troy represented me, and I was extremely pleased with the results. He spent time explaining the process and I felt supported throughout the case. I would highly recommend him and the whole team.
