I forgot to write a review. I scheduled a consultation last year in November. I was so worried and stressed out over my situation. I went to my appointment with a long list of questions. The lawyer I met with answered every single question I had and set my mind at ease. My list of questions was very long, but he answered my questions thoroughly and he didn't rush to get me out of the office. He gave me great advice, so I plan on using this firm in the next couple weeks.

Had a troubled past starting out. dug myself into a deep hole with medical bills etc. Went and talked with these guys, they helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel. was super easy and very understanding to work with. very informative and will go the extra mile to help. definitely recommend! and have sent a few people to see them.

I had no idea what to do, I was so nervous, these people literally held my hand through every step, they did all the work, they texted me updates on my case and anything they needed from me. The process was insanely easy, they were so helpful, I was honestly sad when we were finished. Highly recommend, they made it very painless and stress free, and always kept me up to date!

My experience started out as a good one last year in April. Unfortunately there were some issues due to not having the most up to date correct tax data for the start of California (not sure how it happened but it is irrelevant). Due to my being a veterans and recently started school and receiving GI BILL housing money I expressed concerns my payment might be artificially increased over a temporary hike in pay. At this point a Chapter 7 bankruptcy was mentioned as an option not once did I ask of even know a conversion was an option and yet the lawyer sweats it was all my idea, fighting the IRS non my own and California sounds like so much fun. From there things went downhill. My bankruptcy was converted from a 13 to a 7 and back to a 13 when I found out that $0 had been paid to my debt. Nobody bothered mentioned that the lawyer payments outranked the IRS and other tax debt. My lawyer out of the "goodness" of his heart offered to pay the conversion fees to my bankruptcy in March of this year. However he didn't say anything about not doing it until a month later when he mailed the payment on the 9th of April. This all could have gone well with some communication involving pertinent details, accountability, and proof of payment. Instead I was told to solely rely on my lawyers "word" that it was taken care of. If you're not family words mean nothing and actions mean everything so failing to make the payment in a timely manner and not bothering to mention this mean everything. Thankfully I have a nice paper trail because I was threatened with legal action and blamed for this whole disastrous last 3 weeks

I was extreamly scared about filing bankruptcy and when my health and fincanical situation worsened this firm was there to help. They are amazing at what they do and as individual people. I would highly recommend going to the bankruptcy firm.
