Nickerson was the rudest man I ever met. He proceeded to talk to me for a whole hour. The whole time he talked about himself and then insulted my whole life and family just from a few things I said. Then after an hour turned me away after mostly talking about him self and this gym he just started going to. Too then insult me saying I didn't have the money to pay him. Which even if I did not he didn't know that.

Mr. Nickerson helped me with an order of protection case, there was a lot of backstory and he took the time to talk to multiple witnesses and collect lots of court records. Stood his ground in court and kept his calm. Very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend.

I had to use them both for an order of protection and a family court. It was an incredibly messy story where I got a very biased judge that would ignore police reports, mental health reports, child protection report to treat me as a criminal when I was the victim. The went above and beyond to help me present my case to people who could force the judge to make the only reasonable decision. In the end I got sole custody through juvenile court and the rogue judge had no choice but to comply, no matter how hard she tried to ignore the evidence she ended making so crazy decisions that the police and child protection would refuse to cooperate with her and she had no other choice but to give me custody. My only regret is that we cannot sue that judge for her crazy decisions which almost have killed my son but thankfully, and with the help of this lawyer team, I was able to gather enough evidence and people to make an happy ending. Above all they helped me to look believable. It was extremely hard for me to express appropriate emotions when I was saying what was going on. It's hard when you're the victim and being treated like a murderer or drug dealer when all you tried was to protect your children from a mentally unstable parent. I couldn't even talk about some facts because they were too painful. They helped me to overcome that and focus on the things that people of authority would care about and to give dates and use the appropriate tones to be believable. Which made a huge difference when a second incident happened soon after the other parent got sole custody to get justice. They helped me to save my son from a biased judge that would go as far as to forbid me to present any evidence from the get go (as if to say she knew she was wrong) and my wife's crazy lawyer that didn't stop at any very questionable tactics to bend and corrupt the law. My lawyers remained calm, did not do things that were illegal and saved my reputation. And what I liked is that they didn't lie to me to try to get me to sign at all costs. They told me that as a man, this would be hard as courts always favor the moms. They didn't give me false hopes and helped me to go find strengths that I didn't even knew I had. They can be slow to respond, however their response will be well thought through and a lot more valuable than random advice given after 3 minutes. Also, when my wife finally got treated for her mental illness, they went the extra mile and helped us going back together which isn't their prerogative but they are just like that: trying to solve problems, not create them. I recommend especially if you're in a tough situation and want lawyers that won't make destroy everything between you and loved one, even if that love is behind you. Even you get to divorce, I am sure having these guys as lawyers will make custody arrangements a lot easier because they don't make you go through situations that may make you resent each other even more and make discussions almost impossible in the future.

I'd highly recommend this firm for any type of family legal matters or criminal law. These guys have the legal skills and experience to effectively fight for your rights. Above all, they have the passion and persistence to fight for your family. While I haven't had any personal experience with their criminal defense team, I do know a friend who I'd referred who was very happy with the outcome, which I believe was all charges dropped.
