I have retained them in the past! Larry Anzalone is VERY good at what he does, which is primarily workers comp claims! IMO he's one of the best there is at what he does! But lemme tell you, getting to actually speak to him, or any other attorney at this firm will absolutely NOT happen!.. I retained this firm and had 2 cases with them, a PI (Personal injury) and workers comp claim ongoing at the same time! Mr. Anzalone didn't handle the PI claim, to be honest it was some nobody that handled the PI claim! If I did speak to the actual attorney that handled that case I couldn't even tell u what he looked like! Never saw him! The customer service is so bad that when u call with a question you will ALWAYS be told that "they are currently in a meeting can they take a message" and that is the only response you will EVER get!!!.. no matter how important it is! Also, if u do retain this group you have been informed, that after your case is resolved pray you NEVER have another need or question for anyone in the firm, bc if you do and you call there with your question, you'll be told that the message will be given to their legal team and someone from that team will call you back, and you'll NEVER hear from ANYONE ever again! I can honestly say I also retained Winters & Yonkers out of Tampa, and if I were you, I'd look up there number and call them right away and forget these guys!. Even though they're in Tampa they'll send someone out right away, to your door step, even all the way to Lakeland!. And if u call with a question for your attorney at Winters and Yonkers, sometimes you'll actually get to speak to your attorney! Unlike at Burnetti!

What I learned from my experience with Burnetti PA is that size does not matter. Dedication, caring, and understanding people do. I had the privilege of having Larry Anzalone assigned to my case. It was a devastating time for me when I spoke to Larry the first time. We were in the height of the pandemic and I had just lost my father unexpectedly.
