My son scheduled an in person consultation with Mr. Smith. We traveled 60 minutes (one way) and arrived at 1:47 for a 2:00pm appointment and found the office was closed due to inclement weather (snow) which occurred two days prior. The office closure was not communicated to my son by phone, text, email....nothing. There was no sign on the door indicating they were closed. We called their office number and there was no answer. We left after waiting for 30 minutes. My son called the office the following day, there was no apology for wasting our time.The lack of communication was unprofessional and inconsiderate. Hopefully, Mr. Smith is better at his job than his office staff is at theirs!
