Paid Sara $1,500 to file an application for my fiancée, applied in November of 2022, was told to reach out with questions and to be honest, every time I called, the receptionist would say she would call back. I understand people are busy but I would go WEEKS without a call back or anything. I went into the office and the receptionist told Sara who was present and not busy at the moment to which sara would not meet with me, her receptionist told me the answers I was looking for. I ended up filing another application and doing it myself after not hearing back from Sara and we were approved 3 weeks later thank God, but to be honest, if I could get my $1500 back, that would be great but that won’t happen. What I can do instead is tell you to avoid using this lawyer, her practices and how she handles situations is very frustrating, her lack of care, poor response time and everything in between. If you have an option to do things yourself, I would say do that instead of using her services.

I called 5 times and left my name and my phone #. Two of those time were for a consultation, 3 of those times I had a question and the receptionist said Sara will give you a call. I have received no call what’s so ever!!! I will not be using her if she doesn’t call clients for those consultations who says she picks up the phone during the process and answer any questions.I know everyone is busy, but leaving 5 messages and not getting a call back is ridiculous.

Best attorney in universe, I have lost hope with my immigration case until I found Sara, she corrected every mistake that was made by the first attorney in a smart professional way and got me my asylum after 7 years of waiting, she brought the light to my life again.. I will always be grateful for her….and the prices are convenient compared to other attorneys.

I hired Sara for an immigration case. Things went very quick and smooth for the filing process. When it came to follow ups and request for new information, she was not familiar with the immigration requirements from the country my wife was transitioning from. Sara hired a translator for the immigration interview that were totally incompetent. The translator was removed from the meeting by the immigration officer after not following instructions 3 times. The interview was rescheduled and Sara wanted to charge an additional $600 to attend the interview. The interview was terminated due to the incompetent translator that Sara hired! Sara refused to accept any accountability for the translator she hired. Thankfully, we terminated her services and did the interview on our own. During the interview officer told us how they sent letters to our attorney for additional information and she failed to respond. They almost dismissed our case due to Sara's lack of response. Having fired Sara was our only saving grace. The officer was a bit sympathetic since Sara was not present. Thankfully, after pleading with the officer, he finally did approve the case. If we had to refile, it requires all new filing fees and medical. This would have been about $2500!
