I was born in Biloxi, Mississippi and raised near Annapolis, Maryland. After graduating from George Mason University in 1993 I moved to Kentucky to attend law school at the University of Kentucky. While in law school, I worked for the City of Lexington in a youth jobs program and later clerked for a firm specializing in medical malpractice. After graduating from UK in 1997 I went to work for a firm specializing in personal injury and workers’ compensation. In 2006, I opened my office in the historic district of downtown Versailles, Kentucky. Since then I have represented injured parties in both state and federal court proceedings. I have practiced and prevailed in appellate matters in both the Kentucky Supreme Court and the Kentucky Court of Appeals. In 2021, we moved to our current building located at 125 Morgan Street, Versailles Kentucky. Our building is one of the oldest commercial properties in Woodford County, Kentucky and is a part of the Bluegrass Trust.
