Jonathan Tuggle was my lawyer five years ago. At the time, unbeknownst to me, he was having an affair with his paralegal Elizabeth Rapp and was distracted. Elizabeth convinced him to drop my case, which he did and shortly thereafter I appeared in court unrepresented and lost my case and my children. A month later I received a message from Jonathan saying he was never upset with me (and hinted that he wanted more). I started to do some research online and found that he has had several cases against him for unprofessionalism ie. showing up late to court because of his alcoholism. Jonathan Tuggle and his firm need a lesson in ethics.

A friend referred me to this firm and I had a fantastic experience. John Collar, Richard Nolen, Meagan Hanson, and Julianne Spurlin were all easy to work with, very communicative, timely, and they worked hard to achieve very fair results. From my first conversations with Mr Nolen I was reassured that while family law involved compromise, we could come to a fair agreement. John Collar then handled my case and his confidence, wisdom, and experience were very comforting during this stressful process. Meagan Hanson, whom I understand is now a Georgia State Senator did a lot of the ground work. Julianne is the behind-the-scenes rockstar, and like many paralegals, she is the unsung hero of the case. I can't really comment on price. How do you put a price on peace of mind and more time with your family? I would retain this legal team again in a heartbeat but I hope and pray that I never have to do so!

Jonathan Tuggle is an excellent lawyer. He worked through a very difficult divorce case with me and helped turn our ship around from going in the wrong direction. We had many complicated family /custody issues which needed to be addressed. I appreciated their ethics while working this tedious process. Jonathan was extremely communicative and detail oriented throughout the entire process. I am very happy I hired this firm and would absolutely recommend them if you are in a difficult or high income divorce case.

John Collar is the very definition of the slimy lawyer. He lost the first contempt for his client, not me. Then came back in retaliation with a frivolous contempt case. Bilked the client on a weak case based on dreams and wishes. Harassed me on the stand, making fun of a woman suffering from PTSD. It's a diagnosis, not a joke! I would have expected more from someone claiming to be a domestic violence attorney. Not a nice experience. In fact, rather traumatic, and causing some symptoms to manifest.
Peace Lives Here !
Absolutely RUN FROM HIM!!! He has a vindicttive, anti-female relationship to his clients and an "old boys school" you-help-me, I'll help you relationship, with many attorneys he faces to negotiate your case. Don't fall for the "In house mediation." You will NEVER get the better outcome in court!!! RUN, RUN, RUN !!!! He's slimey!!! He ruined me of
