Facility was clean. Receptionist was very kind. I met with Ginny Knudson for 15 minutes where she showed me where the forms are at online for me to fill out myself.....and then billed me $128. $128 to tell me to do the work myself. I'm really disappointed.

I'm not the type of person that typically needs to find an attorney, or legal representation. In fact, I've never had to go to court, file a court case, or defend my rights, until recently. The entire experience was extremely stressful, until I called this Law Firm. I spoke with the receptionist over the phone, and after a few details on my situation she said she would have an attorney call me back. Without too much detail, I can say they were prompt, the attorney listened carefully to my situation, and set up a meeting to gather the facts for my case, the next day. In the office before the meeting, the clearly explained the costs on a per hour basis, and during the meeting they were efficient with the time and no nonsense about the main concerns of my case. I felt reassured after the meeting, and the stress has been lifted more and more as my case progressed. These people here are really some of the very best in business, and we are lucky to have them in our area, as they are affordable and fair, despite being highly skilled and professional. I hope I'll never need an attorney again, but I feel much better knowing I can call these folks if I ever really have to. I know it's cliche, but seriously, if you're in a situation and not sure what your rights are or what you can do about it, give them a call and start feeling better right away.

The firm has several lawyers that have helped our family with different issues, we did a real-estate for contract for deed, as well as custody for my daughter. The outcomes were just as we hoped for, and they are very professional. My family was engaged in a property dispute with our neighbors. Chuck Steinbauer gave us great service and helped us resolve some basic issues regarding title and trust issues. Unfortunately our neighbors decided they did not like the advise he provided and they took us to court. Pat Krueger then took over the trial issues. We won in the district court but our neighbors were unwilling to believe they had lost so they petitioned the Court of appeals to reverse the decision. Pat Krueger won a summary judgment against them. We could not be more pleased with the legal advise we received or the outcomes they achieved. Plus both lawyers were very personable to deal with.
