Was in bankruptcy chapter 13 …2017 this law firm was Mr cooper/ Nationstar lawyers they sent documents to me in 2018 it was for my mortgage payment change it was so damn blurry you can’t make out what was on the documents my lawyer at the time lied about so much on my case he told me miss 3 trustee payments I did got behind during Covid my case was dismissed failure to make payments..me not knowing anything about bankruptcy he told me I still owed money put me in a 2 nd chapter 13 befor the 1 case was dismissed post dated all documents then tell me I’m not a bad looking woman I should have a man to help me pay my bills 😡didn’t realize it call judge told her .. she did nothing but confirm a 2 nd case .. investigating lawyer lied saying he seen nothing my lawyer did.. just his comment was out of line and disrespectful trustee knew what was going on and did nothing perjury misconduct fraud abuse of power is an understatement on the lawyer of today ..now he is definitely retaliating against me .BANKRUPTCY EASTERN DISTRICT OF LOUISIANA HAS MORE CORRUPTION SO SAD PPL BE CAREFUL HOPE THIS POST HELP SOMEONE THAT IS BLIND BE A SMILE 😃 OF LAWYERS
