I was in a pretty desperate situation with finances and didn't know where to turn. I found Bodensteiner Law online and sent in an inquiry. I got a response *very* quickly from Gina to set up a consultation with Bill, who was able to see me on the weekend as I work full time during normal business hours. I filed within a week or two from my initial consultation and everything has been great since then. My bankruptcy has not yet been discharged but every step of the way, Bodensteiner Law has never left me hanging or wondering what's next. Gina has been an absolute rockstar in answering my incessant questions about the process and what they need from me, and so has Bill. I really couldn't ask for a better experience.

I called because I was really in over my head with debt and first off, Mr. Bodensteiner returned my call the same day and when I explained my situation he said he would help me and he put my mind at ease. He was very professional and answered all of my questions even when I would ask them repeatedly. Everything was taken care of very fast which I needed because my checks at work were also being garnished which made it impossible for me to manage my everyday living expenses. I did get some of the garnished money returned which was awesome because I truly needed it. If you need to file a bankruptcy I highly recommend Mr. Bodensteiner and another thing I would like to bring up is he has a wonderful super professional legal assistant named Gina and she is very informative and thorough. All together my experience has been great!
