I was in the worst kind of trouble possible. My very best friend and I are both veterans. I served in the Marines and he was an Army Ranger.  My friend asked me to hand him his gun which we both believed was not loaded. It took awhile to be able to write this as my head is still spinning because of the trial we just went through.
