5 years ago I had a problem with the IRS I owed them a lot of money and I was living in constant fear . Then I met Jessie and his staff. Right off the bat they got me out of all the stress I had. They did everything for me , no hassle at all. Good fees, they accommodated to my schedule for meetings, they were very helpful. I love their new office right in the center of Chula Vista. One year ago the greatest Tax Lady “Lucy” pass away unexpectedly and Blanco Tax Law acquired the business. This is the first year I deal with Jesse and his staff and I do not know where to begin expressing my total disappointment in service. Blanco Tax Law has to be the worst profesional service I have ever encountered, they don’t return calls, miss multiple deadlines, has no leadership and makes the most outrageous excuses for not meeting their deadlines. Lucy would be so disappointed to have such incompetent people running her business she built for over 40 years!
