I have experienced very little communication regarding my case since working with Bey and Associates over the past year. The poor, lack of communication regarding my very straightforward case along with it not coming to a satisfactory resolution over the past year plus makes me feel like I am just a number and my case is not a priority at this firm. When I expressed my concern to my contacts at the firm directly well over a month ago, I was given an update and told I’d receive better communication moving forward. I have not heard from anyone since. I am definitely not satisfied with the service I’ve received.
