Absolutely the worst I've ever experienced with any sort of customer service and communication. $300-non refundable deposit so they can pass my paperwork around the office from paralegal to paralegal (2 quit in 3 months during my setup). I'd love to have that business model. Charge upfront for absolutely nothing. Not kidding. They did nothing and I paid them $300. Run, don't walk away from these slimy people. They didn't even send out my welcome paperwork till I called after 30 days stating "So sorry, we dropped the ball, we'll make sure to expedite this once received". Then it sat. 5 months later, they finally agreed to just give me a refund, minus that $300 of course.
