I currently sought out a bankruptcy case with Moss and Associates. It took three months to finally file a bankruptcy and took multiple times of turning in the same information but hey this is expected. It didn't take long for my case to get through confirmation. But what I'm currently struggling with right now is that a certain creditor is refusing to adhear to the bankruptcy plan and is now making a undue hardship for me. They are MIA even through email...and forget about calling as they just give you the run around. But hey- at least they were able to find a way to keep my car and my home. Don't expect to speak to your attorney at all, just the case worker, and even that, the case worker won't communicate with you- especially when you want to file contempt of court lawsuit against the bad creditor. You're just in limbo. So they get the job done but don't expect them to hold creditors responsible or get any updates in a timely fashion. I'm currently going to look for another attorney to take on that bad creditor- even tho it should be really be their responsibility.

If you schedule a consultation with them you will never get a call back. If you call them at the scheduled time for your multiple consultations, the lawyer will be unavailable. Why schedule appointments with prospective clients if you can’t be professional and keep them. Or at least call/email that the attorney is busy? So unprofessional. Any other law office in the city will treat you better.

Please beware! These people quickly take your money to file your case. When you finally pay your debts and case is complete, they will take months to submit your paperwork to the courts for discharge. The office manager and everyone else there will lie and think nothing of it. Please go elsewhere!

There was nothing informative about our phone call, sound unprofessional on the phone, trying to put pressure on me give consent for stuff that has nothing to do with why I scheduled the call, bragging about his office as if I care to know that info, it’s giving money hungry, and gave that my concerns did not matter because I was not interested in signing up today.

Should have read the Google reviews! Attorney cancels meetings. I’m sending the same documents over and over and still cannot get a straight answer.
