Diane and her staff are as professional, helpful, friendly, and willing to go out of their very busy schedule every time I have needed something since the first day I met them, two years ago. My wife lost her job, had several expensive medical conditions/surgeries. I talked to a close family friend and his family about our status at the time, at which point he told me about Diane and staff , who they also used. I have never had a problem getting return calls or emails within a day or two. I can tell you with no question that his family as well as mine would use them over and over and we continue to give referrals every time someone mentions their current issues. I am seldom needed, and if they can take care of it without you they do. I live about 40 miles from that office and would drive it everyday if I had to. I only rate them at 5 stars because there is no 6,7,8.... etc. I drive past dozens of closer firms to get to theirs and never give it a second thought. I highly doubt the one response on here, and would question the other... Do you expect 100% free service ? I struggled at the time and thought my fee to file/ attorney was cheap, and if the price doubled I would still believe then, like I do now that every penny was worth it... we are 100 % better off since we got their help.
