This place is ok but they are not very considerate to others who helps when asked for information. They do not stay in touch with people even if it regards their safety when there is a very real threat.

If zero was presented as an option; zero is definitely warranted! It's now been almost 8 years since I initially hired I just got hit to represent me. I just got hit turned my case over to Baron and Budd without my knowledge as I grieved the loss of my daughter. As I inquired often when I began receiving telephone calls from people I didn't know (Baron and Budd); I was constantly told on many occasions that Baron and Budd worked with I just got hit to only find that they are two separate firms. Initially, the attorney at Baron and Budd assigned to my case, we didn't see eye to eye until I had a meeting with Steve Baron of the firm. For a few months things seemed to be okay until I refused to do some of the things requested by the firm. Subsequently, in January 2019, my relationship with the firm that represented me became very continuous. Intimately, I sent a letter to the presiding Judge & the Bar Association with my concerns and complaints. First; I found that another party had been added to the suit (my daughter's former spouse who happened to have moved on with his life) without my being notified. When I questioned when & why, I was told they were under no obligation to notify me. Secondly; it had been requested of me to forgo the judge's order of settlement monies to place in a collective pot to be distributed amongst all parties listed on the suit which I rejected (I abide by a court's ruling). In addition it had already been explained that my former son in law would NOT be awarded damages since he moved forward with his life, subsequently remarrying within 15 months after the loss of his wife (Loss of consortium). Fourthly; Baron and Budd took it upon themselves to destroy my daughters vehicle without approval to save on storage costs. Due to my daughter's airbags not deploying (Takata failure) the car was no longer available for inspection! Fifth; now that a settlement has been reached, Baron and Budd could not answer simple questions as to when the settlement funds would be made available to me and my daughters estate so I reached out to the state to gain answers that should have been made available through the attorney hired. Here's my opinion from a actual client's prospective; Ultimately, by 2019 the relationship shared with my attornies and I had reached a point of no return. We had reached a point in which I felt that I was an adversary, not a client soley due to my lack of willingness to do as they TOLD me to do instead of doing what I felt was the right thing to do. As of recent, it has become apparent that asking questions regarding this case, at this stage, it has become irritating to the attorney that represented me and my grandsons. Knowing what I do today, I would NOT use this firm ever again nor would I, in good conscious, reccomend this firm to anyone! They only added to the pain and suffering I already endure as a bereaved parent. Again; this is my story and my opinions as it relates

Very professional, almost intimidatingly so, but it seems that way simply because of the sense of urgency often accompanying their correspondence. I was involved in a very large, high profile lawsuit that is not as of yet concluded. At no point did I feel that any stone was left unturned, these people are thorough. I do recommend them if you have any sort of malpractice , injury or negligence claims.

I have been dealing with Baron and Budd since 2015 for a lawsuit with Bayer, every time I call I get an excuse why they are not able to release my settlement monies, it is getting old. They want me to file something that could cost up to 2500.00 to get my monies, when clearly I have had another attorney tell me that it has nothing to do with my case and I don't need to file anything with the courts or waste my monies. So here we are 2022(middle) and I am still waiting for my lawsuit winnings. There staff and trustees do not know the laws in other states and just decide to do whatever they want to not have to pay out the settlement monies or listen to attorneys that have the expertise in the specific area. It is sad as I was severely injured and had to go through something I don't ever wish on anyone. Very disappointed in this attorney's office as here I am 7 years later and nothing as they are holding my monies for a very stupid reason and a reason that should not even be looked at as that was 11 years ago and cleared.

I am grateful to have found a firm that was attentive and there for me. Due to the agreements of the settlement I am unable to disclose any information. I can say although, that it was a case involving personal injury. They took care of everything and always kept me updated with any new details. I will say if you are expecting the most you will have to have patience but that patience will definitely pay off in the end. Thank you so much to the lawyers at Barron & Budd for your hard work and determination. I am one happy client.
