I had reached out to this firm for silent advice with the belief I did not have an actual case. I reached out to them for my own sou d of mind and confirm there were no legal grounds for me. To my surprise as they asked more questions the case became more relevant and true. My feel of loss was real. They helped me settle a dispute I didn't believe I had eights violated. They respected my thoughts and intuition the whole way as they came to a full understanding and uncovered many issues and settled this in my favor without more damages or loss obtained. I never heard of them prior to this one off case and if I ever find my rights violated again I am coming right to them for help.

I had made an inquiry with Mr. Jason Cox regarding a concern for medical malpractice. While I do understand, and agree with his choice not to represent me, his correspondence was highly unprofessional, degrading and unwarranted. A simple, thank you for your INQUIRY, however we choose not to move forward with representation would have been more than sufficient. In his response, Mr. Cox's assertion that he would not represent me and the hasty recommendation to seek another attorney without a thorough review of my inquiry is indicative of the firms regard for justice and fairness. His insinuation that any relationship that has been established is "terminated" is both callous and unwarranted. I'd like to also document that Mr. Cox could not even take the time to address the letter properly. The correspondence I received from this firm was written to someone else. After counsel with 3 other attorney's as well as other professionals, it was agreed that Mr. Cox's response was thoughtless, disrespectful, and demeaning. Also, how sad is it that AI recognized these same characteristics from Mr. Cox's canned letter? For someone who has been living in pain since 2014 and has been dismissed by my doctor, who sadly comes from a reputable medical facility, this has not been an easy journey. Discovering a simple CT scan would have addressed every single issue I had been bringing to my doctors since before 2021 (and had been documented on ALL visits) and the multitude of pointless appointments could have been avoided. It is evident that this attorney has no morale compass nor does the hospital that should have provided adequate care for the premium price.

Bob DeRose and his team were excellent to work with. Me and the rest of us in the class action lawsuit weren’t paid for 3 weeks of work from an employer that kept 1 station open while closing 3 of its other stations. We were without work with a 2 hour notice and wasn’t paid for those hours for the previous 3 weeks. It was devastating to all of us. Bob explained the process and was there for any questions we had along the way. Hard to say if we would have ever gotten paid without his help! Thanks again to Bob and his team.

Bob's onboarding was thorough and he was well briefed by the time I spoke to him. Working with Bob was an absolute pleasure. He is incredibly observant, clearly very well versed in the issues we addressed together, and has the incredible gift to show empathy and create rapport. He was fast, he reverted whenever he said he would (I never had to chase) and the results were so beautifully crafted and so professionally delivered. Bob helped me significantly in crafting my approach and ensuring my own professionalism was going to be respected. I appreciated his input and guidance greatly. He is very good at what he does, and believes in gently and firmly... he is not a war mongerer. A great gift to his clients ensuring they get the best deal with the softest touch. Thank you Bob. I am grateful for your input ... and the output!

I had the opportunity to work with Bob Derose on my wage case, he was very thorough, and professional, he listened to my concerns, and fought like hell, to make sure that I received my fair compensation. I was referred to his office by a co-worker. I cannot thank her, or him enough for all that he has done. I would recommend his services to anyone that went through what I went through, in order to receive what is BY RIGHT due to them!
