I was referred to this law firm by Atticus for my SSDI claim. Overall they did a really great job and I felt after my hearing that I had been represented very well, and the case turned out in my favor. I felt they answered all of my questions adequately and addressed my concerns well throughout the process. I have an “invisible” illness that is not very well-known and the severity of which is often dismissed by people who do not understand it, so I had a lot of concerns about making sure the government got all of the right information and about being taken seriously, and I ended up being very happy with how my case was handled by this firm. I did have a little trouble with communicating with them throughout the process and had a few occasions where I had to follow up about a question a couple of times to get a response. But that was just a slight hiccup; they switched the attorney who was on my case partway in, and after I got in direct contact with the attorney who ended up representing me in my hearing, Ashton, the communication greatly improved. Because of this I still give the experience 5 stars, as I am extremely thankful to Manring and Farrell for all that they did to assist me in being able to get my disability case approved, as well as making me feel comfortable throughout the anxious process of waiting for the claim to be processed. I would definitely say I recommend them.

They were previously my attorney. And they were good as far as legal stuff. However communication on a scale of 1-10 i wpuld give a 3 and that is being generous. I was reffered to them again and because of the communication issues again I told them I needed a call back today. They called me back and told me they will not represent me because I said I needed a call back today. If you don't mind having communication problems then this is a good place.

My husband had an attorney with them and he was telling us that my husband's file was lost when in fact he did nothing on my husband's case. He didn't even contact ssa. So everything he said was a lie.

I will not give the name but someone at this law firm told me oh we can't give any more info until the next level. Then this same person told me a few days before I got a letter from Cliff this same guy said I could start over with my application on my social security disability then the letter from Cliff stated at the very bottom I could submit another application. Well the guy said oh no you can't do that it's basically over. I got referred to this law firm from another lawyers office if I would've known at the time of referral I would've said no find me someone else that could've done me better at the level we had taken it. Don't trust this law firm at all. Especially the guy I had to deal with.
