If I can score a -5star I would because Drew Ball and his partner took 4,000 from me and did not do squat. I gave them videos, text, emails, utilities bills and he told me he can get back over 40,000 due to my formal landlord not giving me deposit. Plus stealing my electric and gas. I never saw a penny in over 2 years. It was like pulling teeth to get some type of communication about what is happening. He was really nice and accommodating before I gave him the money. After I gave him an additional 2500 for court fees which he never went to at all. The first amount was 1500 and then he ask for 2500 totalling 4000. No communication and no portal that worked so I can see what was going on with my case. I was no longer a client, I was a victim of Drew Ball stealing my money. I would suggest to think twice before you give them any money. This should have been open and shut case. The evidence of fraud was overflowing. He had to do no leg work just take them to court. Never went to court because he was not able to give the notice to them. They live in portage Park in a two flat they own. Come on, I made a complaint with the BBB but unfortunately it was too old. They said I had a case to go to the district attorney office. I went there twice and now Drew Ball is saying he is retiring so my case was close again. Please look for good people to help you because Drew Ball is a thief and his company. Preying on people who have nothing because they know I don't have the funds to go after my money. Sadly, my case is close and I lost my deposit and my 4000 totalling 5250.00. I hope this guy loses his license before he is be able to win because obviously he couldn't even get my case to court with all the evidence I gave him. Unbelievable!!! All I wanted was my money back and all I received was a lesson learned. Never trust Drew Ball and his partner with your money. Especially this guy Drew Ball.
