I’d give NEGATIVE stars if I could…. Weds 11/27- sent an online inquiry the 14th and heard nothing. Followed up Weds 11/20. Donna the paralegal had just left at 4:20pm when her office hours are 8-4:30. She called back the morning of 11/21. I returned her call and she had left early for an appointment. Left another message. Called again Friday and Donna was “not available”. Left another message. It’s now Wednesday 11/27. Still no calls from Donna. I just called and she’s out for the day and will be back on Monday since it’s thanksgiving they’re closed Thursday and Friday. I finally asked Joan the receptionist, is she EVER in the office because I’ve been calling trying to reach her for a WEEK now. Is there anyone else I can talk to? No. Now Joan the receptionist sounds about 90 and incoherent and should be retired. She lacks any type of urgency or personality. In two weeks I’ve sent one email and called FOUR TIMES trying to reach Donna and got one call back. I question if this firm actually represents clients. Reaching anyone besides the old lady receptionist is virtually impossible.

This lawyer should not be trusted. He thinks of himself before his clients! Who by the way! Pay for his vacations! Who goes on vacation in the end of a probate? And is it our problem everyone in that office dropped the ball! No! And they act all casual like no big deal..We don't care that you can't move on! Adding the b.s was just sent explaining why it's going into its 3td week late in finalizing!

As far as the actual legal work and the overall friendliness of the staff, I would give Gary and his team 5 stars. He's very nice, easy to talk to, got everything done in a timely manner and was overall easy to deal with. However I deduct points because of terrible lack of organization. I moved during the time they were working with me and despite me calling them to tell my new address in addition to writing it down while I was there AND emailing it to them they still somehow neglected to update it for billing. So this meant that my bills were going to an incorrect address and I wasn't getting them, then out of the blue I get a phone call telling me that I'm about to get sent to collections on a bill I knew nothing about. On top of that they have been "unable" to take any sort of debit or credit card payment over the phone or in person for months now, which meant I had to come in and pay (not super convenient since I live 30 minutes away). Since I don't use checks because it's 2022 and who uses checks anymore this meant I had to go to the bank and get cash to pay them. Then when I get there to pay I get told that they don't have any change they can give me. Seems to me if you're unable/unwilling to set yourself up to take card payments you damn sure should have a cashbox on hand to accommodate cash payments. So to sum it up, as far as the actual work and overall friendliness of Gary and his entire staff: 5 stars all the way. As far as their organizational skills: 3 stars (and that's me being nice). Average it out, 4 stars. But if you aren't going to be needing to update your address and don't mind paying with a check, Gary is a first rate attorney who you should absolutely hire.

I have met many attorneys before, this guy had kindest and empathy towards my husband and I. Donna was a very sweet, and they both walked us through the process with care and consideration. Thank you again!

We were treated with respect and we thought the attorney was very pleasant to speak with and he listens very well reasonably priced as well for what we needed.
