Horrible Horrible Yes, my husband had an accident in February 2024, finally we got a check for less than what they promised, or should’ve been paid. Mind you they said they work for you the "client" but, no that’s is no true, “you work for them, you make money for them” I have been calling this person Ivett B for 2 weeks, of course they got their money so they or she won’t call back, my husband was never compensated for loss wages nor transportation, they had the nerve to charge $2000. For Electronic Document Submission since i know it does not take that long to do it! He was a passenger of the vehicle that had liability insurance only, the vehicle that create the accident left the scene, but they had insurance, but my husband was compensated only $3000+ but lawyers n doctors got the most, especially the lawyers. This is disgraceful n disgusting. The red car created the accident my husband was a passenger in the blue truck.

It was an awesome experience though I got injured but Avrek did took care of me. Avrek explained to me that it is important that I take care of my health, injuries and do all the doctors visits. They found me a chiropractor like one block from my house, they called and setup MRI for me and make sure I am aware of day / time of the appointment, they found a neurologist close to me, when I called them, they were kinda rude so I called Avrek, they arranged another neurologist, helped me in setting up appointment, after the appointment, Avrek helped me in setting up procedures which went successfully. There was a time when I was not getting reply from my Avrek contact person so I called Avrek, they helped me find and assign another contact person and we're very proactive in updates on their communication with insurance company and today, Avrek attorney Azzy Nouri called me and gave me the good news. I know it took about 7 months to settle but Avrek were very persistent with insurance on getting full claim and they did. Thank you Azzy and Thank you all the staff of Avrek Law Firm. I Love You Guys! You are the best of the best!

I wrote a review in the fall of 2024 on here about my this Law Firm and I gave them 1 star, it is now March 17th 2025 and I figured I would give an update, they basically gave up on my case since the insurance company pushed back and gave me $4,000 dollars and said goodbye. I should have gotten more since the accident wasn't my fault and the other driver got a ticket, but after 7 months and losing everything and becoming homeless, I took the $4,000 dollar's yeah I still have a $3,000 dollar hospital bill and I am sleeping in a cheap Van I bought but I am slowly rebuilding my life and the only reason why I'm writing this review is because in April 2025 I received a phone call from the lawyer asking if I would remove my review. I hung up on him thinking to myself that, I wrote that review to either help someone from going through what I went through, since I even considered suicide, or hoping that my review would make the law firm strive harder to help their clients/victims of accidents but after their phone call in April I feel that they haven't gotten better. And if you look at the reviews they only seem to respond to the 5 Star reviews and not the 1 star reviews unless it's too try and discredit the person writing the review, even if they would respond with something like "I'm sorry about your experience, we try to go above and beyond but every so often we drop the ball" or even just an apology but nothing shows you a lot about them and how they truly feel about their clients.
