When I first spoke to Janan Garner she was nice, of course they will be to get your money. They have not done really anything, they called me last minute for court and I had an appointment the same day. I asked if they could reschedule and I gave them my doctor's note. Crystal the secretary called the doctors office and was questioning them asking for information, they turned fbi agents and they are not working with me but against me. Now it's hard to reach someone for a refund and the women he has working for him are rude and unprofessional. Mr. Garner is nice though and they are giving Me most of my money back. But that janan argued with me and she lies, I just don't understand. I'm gonna go pro se I paid 3500 they gave me back 2000 Rich stay rich poor stay poor
