He is my age, so it felt comfortable and yet at the same time realizing the choices w both made in life. He doesn’t talk down to you or act like you’re stupid for not comprehending something. As long as you’re assertive and ask point blank, what’s going on? He is glad to advise you and tell you what’s going on. His staff is wonderful and very polite. Although he did fumble a little, he recovered quite nicely. Like telling me that the person who would oversee my case via Skype might reject me at the time knowing damn well the paperwork wasn’t done in time….. come on now Michael, might’ve been broke but not stupid…. But I think you’re the best choice for anyone who has to go through this humiliating time in their life. Time to rebuild!!
