I don’t even know where to begin. This law office (Sky Emery) charged me and my finance $3200 for a court matter that lasted about 5 min long. Did nothing but keep us on stand by. Every time I would speak with the clerk for 2 min they were charging me $350. Let alone the documents that were provide to the clerk were not alllllll submitted to court and yet I was being charged 10x @$350 rate. The responds I kept getting over and over again was “ I’ll have the attorneys give you a call once she has a chance. She’s been out for COVID for 2 weeks blah blah blah”. Horrible service. Never again will I hire them.

I could said lot of words and comments to an Angel person as it's Casey. If I call her an Angel it's because she was my Angel when God guided me with an amazing and professional attorney like her. Words never would be enough for a honest, friendly, patient, stronger,fair,punctual,respectful, caring,dedicated and totally professional.

Casey has been my lawyer for several issues. She has always gone above and beyond for me. She cares about my case and does everything she can to achieve the best possible outcome. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and proficient and works very hard to get things done quickly. I highly recommend Casey for any legal matters and will continue to recommend her to anyone I know who has a need for legal help/advice. Casey is the best lawyer in the area by far and I will continue to use her for any legal matters.

I was dealing with a very complicated divorce. Casey came highly recommended by a friend of mine who had recently been represented by her office. My case was probably much more complicated than most, in that it was a long term marriage involving children and multiple business interests. Casey was realistic when explaining potential outcomes of my case. Casey was prompt in her correspondence with the courts and was able to get my case resolved in a reasonable amount of time given the multitude of issues my case presented. Going through this process is emotionally and at time physically draining. I was fortunate enough to have chosen the right person for the job the first time. I would highly recommend Casey as a conscious and competent attorney who fought for what was right in my case.

If you want honest, knowledgeable, pit bull, fair, lives and breathes law, decades of experience you’ll do what we did...seek to hire Casey Aitchison. Zero regrets. 100% would seek her out again and hope to retain her as counsel. Not once in 7+ years did a day go by that I wasn’t thankful she was fighting for us.
