The ladies at the front desk extremely nice patient and literally attends to what ever was needed. Very disappointed in this law firm. Thought they would've helped my son since a family member works for them, but all they did was drag out his case. When asked the status & why haven't we settled, they heard the disappointment in our voice & said give us a few weeks & we'll get back to you. We waited to only get a letter that they dropped us. I sent a follow up email expressing my disappointment to the firm & asked for a call so we could discuss this & they couldn't even have the decency to respond back to my email or call. Huge disappointment. Never expected that.
