This was a pretty long journey and sadly it has come to an end. Alberto helped me fight for what I deserve and put in a lot of work to help me with my case. He always made sure to keep me updated and had his team reach out if he was too busy. I went through a lot being pregnant and during my first approach to motherhood and gave a hard time which wasn’t fare but they still worked with me to get where I needed to be. I’m glad my brother in law referred me to this office. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Poor communication, case was settled 2 months ago and the team received my settlement and had me sign paperwork and stop communicating with me about my money once it was time to give it to me. Civil rights is an ever pivotal issue. In fact it can be quite scary. Lots of law offices promote that they are "for the people" only for you to learn that you're not one of those people. Slip and fall, medical mal practice, auto collision/injury sure, but discrimination and or wrongful termination attorneys look the other way, or they are already representing the offending parties. Oversight agencies like the EEOC give we the people a voice and at least document our injuries as constituents, very rarely do they proceed on our behalf with claim. Florida has a documented history of discrimination and as of recently anti DEI protections stances. When i spoke to another attorney, i could read in-between lines concerning my space industry claim that he considered it to be a big deal and high profile while referring me to Attorney Alberto Naranjo. With my legal experiences this referral came across to me as stating Counsel would be undeterred by any opposing party. Mr Naranjo listened to me, read my documents, read my supporting witness statements, talked to my witnesses, but most important of all he was able to identify with me as a fellow minority in a way that was separate from business. These types of cases are part overt racism and also very intentionally nuanced. All attorneys are familiar with and trained in identifying all of our many unfortunate circumstances, if they are dismissive or aloof its not that they dont understand or dont believe you, they just dont want your case and they are potentially intentionally yet another member of the wrong side of history. Every time i spoke directly with counsel he empathized, and understood my circumstance and current circumstances and never took advantage of me. I did all that i could to do the footwork in the case and be accountable and transparent with the office. Counsel was more then fair. I look forward to hearing and or seeing him in the news making the right impact on the State of Florida enhancing civil rights and employee rights protections.
