Initially my experience was a good one. Ammon is great, and very knowledgeable. His litigator Chris is an absolute hot mess. He is a procrastinator, missed the deadline for submitting a brief for mediation, looks and talks like he just ran out of a burning building and the last time I walked into court with him he had to ask me my last name again. At this point we had been working together for a year and a half. Each time I spoke with him we had to review the very basic nature of my case. He doesn't know the meaning of preparation. Now that I work in a law firm, I am appalled at the money I spent having him represent me. Had I known I would be turned over to such incompetence, I would have walked away immediately.

Once again Ammon and Becky are top notch. We had consulted Ammon a few years back when my daughters ex was trying to cause problems for her. Fast forward to 2024. I called Ammon and he answered the call. My daughter died in 2023 and we needed to get guardianship of one of her children that has disabilities. They were very prompt in returning phone calls and emails and answering all our many questions about the guardianship. They were very good about explaining what may or not be asked by the Judge and what Ammon would say and ask. They never got irritated with us during the whole process. They are very knowledgeable and precise. Once we received a court date our grandchild was thrilled and then when we appeared virtually for court and the Judge granted guardianship our grandchild went through the roof with joy.
