I was shopping for EB-3 visa. they said it will cost $12,700 and they will sign the contract that they will refund it if client don't get the EB-3 visa. than I asked who will sign the contract? they said their company xyz...... than I asked will you provide the information who are the owner of the company XZY in the contract? they said no................ that's sound crazy
