Allen Dell was hired to settle my grandmother’s small estate by our uncle. It took almost two years to settle. There is no receptionist when you call their office. You must know exactly who you are calling or some rude man answers and without replying to you just transfers your call. There was no transparency to the $10,0000 in amount the estate was charged by Allen Dell. Unrelated expenses were allowed to be given to the administer (uncle) (Steven Tindale of Tindale and Oliver in Tampa) of the estate after administer had profited off investments from grandmothers money prior to her death without properly giving grandmother her own money while she was alive because he had her sign off that he could use it for “business purposes”. Even after greedy uncle had just sold his own business for 17 million and has net assists worth far more, he liquidated this mystery business dealings of my grandmothers estate and after taking what he wanted he distributed remaining 55k to 11 family members (one is homeless and 2 disabled). Final dispursement went out and many had wrong spellings of names, wrong addresses, etc. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

They have a very high standard of legal work with a great support staff. My favorite mal-practice defense attorney, Michael Brown, has probably retired. He did some outstanding work on behalf of Tampa General Hospital: almost all positive results. Outstanding legal staff.
