I don't understand how a law firm can call back apologizing for his there secretary put me on hold to answer another line disrespectfully and then tell me she was interested in what I had to say then she also hung up on me? I'm just saying... Phone etiquette is non-existent! As a 12yr service veteran I do not recommend using this firm under no circumstances because of the level of customer service and lack of sympathy for any potential clients needs and concerns.
