Took our money and scheduled a consultation then did not show up for consultation. No one contacted us to cancel or to tell us what was going on. We called them to see what was going on and they said the lawyer has an emergency and won't be available for almost 2 weeks. I asked why no one contacted us to cancel or reschedule or tell us what was going on? we called back to ask for a refund they said we have to wait for a manager and hung up. Called back again and they said they can reschedule? I said you seem very unorganized and unprofessional please just give me a refund. Not good business. We will see if the refund comes through.
