Extremely unprofessional office. The office manager and case managers avoid communicating with you at all costs. My case was grossly mishandled and I will be filing a grievance with the Texas state bar. When asking for follow up from office after a call from USCIS, the office manager sent a snarky email asking me to be patient (will almost be a month since mishandling) and suggest I stop with “repetitive information requests.”
