I was incredibly impressed by this immigration lawyer's responsiveness and generosity. When I had an urgent immigration question, they took the time to provide a comprehensive and quick answer. For anyone seeking a highly knowledgeable immigration lawyer who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend this attorney.

My marriage green card application in Atlanta in 2019 has been Unsolved Case 。2023 I found Ahmad Law Office. Ahmad learned about my case and quickly analyzed and solved my case. I was very satisfied with his advice. And soon I received a reply from the Immigration Bureau. And got a travel document. I personally value their professional ability more. My English is not good, and I can't communicate normally every time I call. It seems that they know what I want and send it to my phone in the form of text messages. Sometimes I go to the lawyer's office, and the receptionist at the front desk just understands my purpose. They can respond quickly. You have to know that a law firm with many years of experience and good law firms will be very busy. So prepare the key points of the problem and it can be solved quickly.

I have been trying to contact either my attorney or case manager for months now and not once have my phone calls been returned and my queries resolved. I decided to call from another phone number and pretended I was seeking representation as a new client and of course I received a call back that time. When I explained what I needed I was told the message had already been sent to my attorney (from my numerous, unacknowledged voicemails) and that he would respond within a few days ("next week" is what the text message from the receptionist said). It's been quite a few weeks since that last interaction and no response has been received yet from anyone at this law firm. I have since then repeatedly asked if I need to seek alternative representation for my case and those messages have also been ignored as well. So to summarize: I have not received any resolution to my questions. I have not been told if the attorney has chosen to drop me as a client or given a reason if that has been the case. I have not been told if I need to pay additional fees or meet any criteria prior to my questions being answered. The silence is simply ongoing. I will say this: I worked in immigration law in Lexington, KY previously, and I heard from multiple clients that came to another attorney (where I worked, and would have been my 1st choice as legal representation, however they do not work in the specific immigration law field I needed representation under) seeking new legal representation and to move their case from Ahmad Law office, that they had been taken advantage of in one way or another. Most of their clients were then advised and given instructions on how to file an ethics complaint if they truly believed wrongdoing from this office and its staff. Whether they filed or not I do not know as the office I worked for did not work in that field also, but referred them to a list of attorneys that would. I wanted to believe it was possibly all simple misunderstandings between them, but after my own experience with this law office, I feel confident in saying that there is indeed some validity to those claims. Not sure where the source of these issues is, whether it's reception, legal coordinators, or the attorneys themselves, but there is definitely some degree of ethical negligence going on here. I should have ran out when I came in for my in person consultation (early on a Saturday morning) and my legal coordinator looked like they had just rolled out of bed after being out all night drinking, with messy hair and a dirty hoodie, very unprofessional presenting. If you are seeking an immigration attorney, I recommend you do your due diligence and review the prior incidents this law office has been involved in when making your decision. Lastly, from reading the responses this law firm leaves on their negative reviews: -Yes I am a client and have documentation to prove it. -No, I am not "confused" and left this review here as a mistake. -No, you will not intimidate me with the threat of a lawsuit/legal action for defamation, etc. In fact, I encourage you to, so we can settle this in a court of law and then have their ruling as precedent to stand on. Instead of wasting your time replying to negative reviews by gaslighting your clients, perhaps you should ACTUALLY RESPOND to their DIRECT communications and resolve their issues prior to receiving a negative review and then lying to defend your reputation publicly. AND to anyone reading this that finds themselves in a similar situation with this law firm and its staff, please know you do have options available to you under the law to report ethical misconduct for review by the bar association. Your new attorney can instruct you on how to do this, or you can find the information online from many organizations that are there to help other immigrants from being taken advantage of by their attorneys.

Where are zero stars! That would have been perfect. They newer pick your call or call you back if you are already client hence they have your business, may be they have your numbers so always call from different numbers. If you call from new numbers than they will even call you back for new business, but if you talked about your file than……

My experience with this office was the worst. First, they told me to submit the wrong document, which significantly elongated my case timeline. Secondly, the paralegal was unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite my efforts to communicate and resolve the issue regarding the rude paralegal with the lawyer and the office, I was never contacted regarding the incident. Thirdly, I was falsely accused of not paying the full amount for the service. In reality, I made a one-time full payment that included all services, and I never missed a payment. Despite paying the full price for the full service, I have mailed all the additional documents by myself except the initial document to file my green card application. Lastly, after I sent a termination notice for legal services, I received an email from the lawyer stating, "Your expectations of my office are quite unrealistic, and I wish you well with your next lawyer." This is unacceptable as I have the right to receive full service and timely updates on my case. Instead, I received a text asking me to submit additional evidence, even though my case was approved a week prior. The level of unprofessionalism is ridiculous, and I would not advise anyone to use this office. I have documented all transactions related to the legal service, as well as all texts and emails.
