They allowed an elderly woman with dementia modify her directives that allowed her siblings who stole from her for decades to take over her Trust. This, subsequently left the elderly woman’s husband (who is disabled) without proper care. The family took the woman from her home to a locations hours away from her husband and prevented visitation. After 70 years of seeing each other daily, they were ripped apart by her siblings. It’s mental abuse and elder abuse for what has been allowed. Many people close to the couple know everything that has transpired and are beside themselves. This was all at the hands of Agnew Law. They don’t care about the elderly, they care about money is all.
