Company lacking transparency, deadlines, and professionalism. I hired the company at the beginning of 2023 and promptly submitted all the requested documents. Later, I discovered that my case had been stalled for months without a lawyer assigned, as all the lawyers had left the company, and I was not informed of this. I requested termination of the contract, and within 15 days, they rushed to do what they hadn't done in a year. I asked for the contract termination and refund of the hours not worked up to the point of my request for termination, but they ignored my request, continued working, and now they say they won't refund my money. They even kept the fee for protocol registration, which has nothing to do with the lawyer's work, and they refuse to refund that as well. It's an unprecedented dishonesty; now they don't even respond to my emails. Stay away from this company if you don't want to waste your time and money. It's worth mentioning that I know at least ten families in a similar situation to mine. They work well when it comes to making the sale, but after the contract is signed, we're left to fend for ourselves

AG Immigration SCAMMED me! This is a warning to anyone who is considering using this dishonest and unethical company for their important immigration needs. I am an airline pilot and entrusted them with S15,000 USD to manage my EB-2 NIW visa application for a green card in the United States. This was a life changing opportunity, I believed I had done the proper research when I chose this firm. It was the biggest mistake of my life, they ruined this opportunity. It has led to nearly a YEAR of HELL in trying to recover the money they stole from me. They claim to be an advanced immigration firm in the United States. This is NOT TRUE. Most that handled my application were inexperienced staffers, not lawyers, in Brazil with limited English. They were unable to complete key USCIS forms properly even after numerous attempts. They are using the US immigration system as a cash grab. I have a mountain of evidence that proves that they misrepresented their services, acted unethically, regularly lied, and did not honor their promised refund of my money. Their lies are shocking! I lost my entire team when AG Immigration's founder and top attorney, Dr. Felipe Alexandre, along with most of their lawyers and other staff, left the firm. That amount of staff only leave if things are very wrong. I was never notified of this and my file was left unattended. I only learned of it after making numerous calls. Next came inexperienced staffers in Brazil who filled the key government forms with mistakes, missing information, and many examples of negligence and carelessness. They did not follow the important USCIS guidelines, it would likely have resulted in a refusal. There was no expertise in the US, no lawyer contacted me, it was all in Brazil. They put the name of a lawyer on a form who had no immigration experience. They were so careless they even copied the bullet points from my resume into the forms, freezing them. They were never able to fix this nor many other mistakes. Having accumulated a lot of evidence of their wrongdoing, they finally agreed to a partial refund of $13,000 USD. For weeks they kept reassuring me via emails that my refund was being processed. They were all more LIES. We are approaching 4 months and I still do not have my money. I am now having to take legal action against AG Immigration. This is just a summary of the terrible experience that I have had with them, it is much worst than this. AG Immigration is a fraudulent company. They are the most dishonest, unethical firm I have ever experienced. Please do not fall for their marketing and sales pitches. I recommend to other people like me who have been victims of AG Immigration to report them to state and federal authorities, the Better Business Bureau, consumer protection agencies, and to share their experiences online. And to take legal action against them. They cannot continue to scam people like this.

Great experience! Staff always available and quick to answer questions. Follow ups often to make sure we know and understand what’s going on during the process. All but great things to say!

AG Immigration has been incredible in helping us with our immigration process. We felt very confident that we would receive a positive response due to their service.

Please avoid this firm. If I can help just 1 person from not being fooled by writing this review it will be worth it. We were very skeptical about the EB2 NIW, but the Business development person convinced us in the free interview it was almost certain, but off course a parting sentence was “but we can never guarantee anything” Not 1 person assigned to my case remained the same throughout the process, in fact the 1st time I spoke to an actual attorney ( 2nd or 3rd one assigned to my case, I lost track ) was after receiving bad news from the USCIS. They’re fee was more than double other ( and I now know much better ) firms out there, and their reason was it’s because they don’t outsource their work, it’s all based in the USA, hence the high rates.. last time I checked Sao Paulo wasn’t in the US.. After they receive your retainer you are at their mercy. My case was poorly put together, important documents (in my humble opinion) wasn’t even included in the package. I should have done more research, I will own that, but never in my wildest imagination did I expect the level of service to be so terrible. If only their immigration work was as good as their PR people at avoiding and excuses.. So please save your money and mental health, avoid this firm !! ——————————— After 7 months this firm finally responds.. 1) Clearly I converse in English, yet they don’t bother to do the courtesy to reply in English.. Unprofessional. 2) Don’t recognize my profile ? Just shows you how many people they have failed / didn’t care abour after the retainer was payed. They don’t even know who all their victims are. Unprofessional 3) This firm disappeared from Google for a few months, use to be based in California, among multiple other listed locations, only to resurface in Orlando with none of the old staff on the website.. Red Flag ! Again, avoid this firm at all costs, they are predators.
